The Service
Proven Ground provides website design, hosting, updates, Google Business Profile management, local SEO and marketing guidance for a monthly fee of $99, billed monthly. The scope of monthly work is described on our pricing page.
Term and Cancellation
Service is month to month with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time; service continues through the end of the paid month. On cancellation, you keep your domain and your content, and we'll provide your website content in a usable format.
Ownership
Your domain is registered in your name and belongs to you. Your business content, photos and reviews belong to you. Your Google Business Profile remains under your ownership; we operate as a manager on your account.
No Ranking Guarantees
Search rankings are determined by Google and other platforms, not by us. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific ranking, placement or volume of leads, and we make no such promises. We commit to doing the work described, honestly and consistently.
Payment
Fees are billed monthly in advance. Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google or Meta is separate and paid by you directly.
Liability
Our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the month the issue occurred. We're a small business doing honest work, and this keeps disputes proportionate.
