What's Included

• Hosting and SSL: fast, secure hosting is part of the plan, not a separate bill.
• Ongoing updates: services, prices, photos, hours, seasonal offers and small improvements, handled monthly.
• Google Business Profile: setup, optimization, cleanup and monthly maintenance.
• Local SEO: service pages, consistent listings, review strategy and a monthly health check.
• Marketing and pricing guidance: honest advice on where to spend, what to charge and what to fix first.
• Direct support: you call or email and reach the person doing the work.

What's Not Included

• Advertising spend. If we agree ads make sense, the ad budget is paid by you directly to Google or Meta. We'll help you set a sane budget first.
• Hands-on ad account management. Strategy and guidance are included; day-to-day management of ad campaigns is a separate conversation, priced honestly before anything starts.
• Unlimited rebuilds. "Ongoing help" means reasonable monthly updates and improvements to your site and profile. It doesn't mean redesigning the whole site every month or building additional websites for other businesses. When something big comes up, we'll tell you exactly what it involves before anything happens.

Is there a setup fee?

No. $99/month is the whole price from day one.

Is there a contract?

No. Service is month to month. Stay because it's working, not because a contract says you have to.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep your domain and your content. We'll provide your website content in a usable format so you're never starting from zero. No hostage situations.

Do I own my domain?

Yes. Your domain is registered in your name. If you already have one, we use it.

Who writes the website content?

We do, with you. You tell us about your business, we write pages in plain language, and you approve everything before it goes live.

How fast will my website be live?

Most builds are live within 2-3 business days once we have your business information, photos and services.

What does the monthly SEO work actually involve?

Each month: a site health check, a Google Business Profile check, a look at your search performance, updates to anything that drifted, and a note to you if we spot an opportunity worth acting on. Real work, not a report nobody reads.

Do you take over my Google account?

No. Your Google Business Profile stays owned by you. We work as a manager on your account, and if you ever leave, everything stays with you.

Can you guarantee rankings?

No, and neither can anyone else. Google says directly that there's no way to request or pay for better local ranking. We improve everything within your control and report progress honestly.
